BATTERY CABLES COULD SHORT CIRCUIT AND CAUSE A FIRE.
It has been identified that the electrical cables adjacent to the battery have not been properly secured in their respective fuse holders. This may result in the cables working loose with the attendant risk of a short circuit and a fire.
Recalled vehicles will have the cables checked for security within their fuse holders and be replaced if this is not the case.
Contact the local SCANIA BUS dealership or manufacturer. You will not need to pay for anything involving the recall.
The Recalled vehicles will have the fixing checked and corrected as necessary by and official SCANIA BUS service.
