POSSIBLE FRACTURE OF FUEL PIPE

Reason for recall

The pipes between the fuel filter and the injection pump may fracture due to internal stress and allow fuel to leak into the engine compartment.

Remedy

Recall the affected vehicles and check the pipes in question for leakage and/or damage replacing where necessary. In all cases a modified pipe support bracket will be fitted and certain early engines will be equipped with a modified fuel filter
